The Recipe for Success

From the initial enquiry to the completion of a successful event, we appreciate that every detail has to be just right.

Before the event

Your enquiry will be responded to within 3 working hours by a member of our professional Conference and Events Department and will be available up to arrival of the event to discuss all your requirements.

When you arrive

  • We aim to have your meeting room ready at least one hour before the event is due to start
  • A Conference Host dedicated to your meeting will meet & greet your guests
  • The agenda will be confirmed and you will be shown the facilities and equipment

During the event

The Conference Host will be available for the duration of your meeting if required and will be able to organise any last minute requests or changes you may have.

After the event

We would be happy to receive your feedback to help us improve our meeting product and service in the future. We aim to build a successful partnership with you and become a preferred venue for professional Meetings and Events Organisers.
